In process inspection 03

Dear all ,

we are using in process inspection and in in in process inspection we are using the insp point ( free inspection point ) with time relation .

Inspection point for every 8 hr time . its working fine . My query is :

When i create production order P1& release it Inspection lot of inspection type 03 is created say 301.

I can do the result recording after every 8 hr till the production order P1 is live . say our production team has completed Production order Confirmation and Order is CNF TECO ( Confirmed & technically complete ),  Still i am able to do the result recording for my inspection lot 301 ??

How would Inspector know that the Production order is completed or not while result recording ?

Because Logically we should not do the result recording if this P1 production is completed .

As per std SAP both 03 & 04 inspection types activities are very much independent when it comes to do result recording & usage decision.

Now you can use user exit to get "information " about TECO of relevant order ,during recording result for inspection point.
