posting only possible in periods 2006/5 2006/4

Hi Guys

Sorry to start the forum with this error, but I had to do this because I tried all possible things to fix but failed..

I have attached a file indicating the procedure which I followed, still I'm encountered the error.

1 Screen indicates when in MB1C i get the error

    

2 Screen indicates when I go to MMPV to fix but when I check in MB1C after MMPV still it shows the same error.

Suggestions will greatly appreciated.

Hi abhshek,

Please open a  New Period in this Month and Year in MMRV(what ever you want) and Close the Old Periods in MMPV and also see OMSY and OBBP(assign company code to Posting Period variant).

i hope you are postin g Error will Solve with this.

Thanks for your reply, but sorry still am not clear..

To open periods what exactly needs to be done and to close what needs to be done please could you explain it clear.

If I'm getting an error which is like

What should be the period and year in MMPV to be entered

Have you searched in Google with the above text ??  If not, please search and take the inputs from here.  Please dont post a query which has been answered many times in the forum.
