Dear All,

Kindly clear the following doubts,

1) While clearing inspection lot, if defects will be recorded then notification can be generated automatically (due to SPRO settings). But the generated notification status will be in NOCO (Completed). Is it possible to change the status of the notification while generating in the background?

2) If I entered multiple defects in the same inspection lot, single notification has been generated in the background with the single defect. Is it possible to generate a single notification for multiple defects?

3) Is it possible to restrict the notification generation in the background based on defect codes?

1.QCC0 >Quality planning >basic setting >catalog >define defect classes >"say critical class > select radio button "activate Q notification"  .

Notification remains in Outstanding notification" (OSNO) instead of "Notification completed" (NOCO).

2. QCC3 > inspection lot creation >Maintain Inspection type > select " one notificaiton per inspection lot"  > read f1 for more details.

3. Its possible to restrict the Notificaiton creation based on defetct class ,in said path in point number 1.
