SAP PI Channel monitoring showing 0 channels

Dear Experts,

Since today morning we are facing a strange issue.When we goto http://<host>:5nn00/mdt/channelmonitorservlet it shows 0 channel results.

We have tried several things such as SXI_CACHE refresh,Full/delta cache refresh,SLD restart,System restart.But non of them seems to be helping in resolving this issue.

We have made a small change in one of the commnication channel and then as regular process we activated these changes,we did cache refresh etc.

Please share your experience if you have faces similar issue in past.

it could be the result of an SLD registration inconsistency; check the notes:

1117249   Incomplete Registration of PI components inSLD

764176    Manual correction of XI content in SLD

Hey Trevor/Kenny,

Problem is resolved now.It was due to SLD inconsistency.There was an additional central adapter added in SLD.Thanks for your help.

Hi Ashutosh,

I've also seen this several times in the past, everytime it was as a result of an inconsistency in the SLD.

Do a search for that & see if it helps.

Hi Ashutosh,

                     was java installed/unistalled recently in the PI nserver?

We had a issue similar to this kind then our BASIS team reinstalled proper java version to eliminate the problem.
