Does anyone can help me. I am installing SAP netweaver  7.3 1 running the SP sap_basis 731 sapkb73101 running in dialogo does not do anything and in background seem to be in a loop. Does anyone have facing the same problem I restarted the equitment several times. Update the SP management but nothing happen.

Hello,

Can you check the logs for support package import in SPAM and in /usr/sap/trans/log?

If possible try to disassemble the package , reset import queue and start again.

Try scheduling a new RDDIMPDP job through SE38->RDDNEWPP

I got the same issue. The reason was in background job RDDIMPDP, it was scheduled properly. Please check notes 1712442, 1541076 and 1702079
