BRF -- Elimination of the approver from every level if he is the requester

Hello Experts,

We are in SRM 7.0, process controlled workflow using BRF.

Currently, I am stuck at one point.

I have 6 levels of approvals. Every level has must multiple approvers.

My question is, if one of the approver creates the shopping cart then he/she has to be eliminated from every level. (as he/she is the requester of SC it should not be the approver.)

I want to know, what FM or function should I have to use ? I have to eliminate him/her from every level if he/she is requester of the cart.

Please advise/suggest.

Hi Abhijit,

If you don't have the customizing from this note 1551561 active then the user should be put in the excluded agents list.

Hi Abhijit,

Are you using any custom function module to define the 6 level or approvers? Because with standard BRF workflow you can not be approver if you are requester and/or goods recipient.
