Hi,
we are using customer credit limits. Everytime an order is raised whos payer reaches the credit limit the order gets blocked and an e-mail is send to the person in charge who has to work on this. All the e-mails have low priority. I like to change that to medium.
I already changed the priority of KRML Message + deleted and created a new condition record for output control of KRML messages. No Success so far.
any ideas?

I'm not aware of any setting in the output configuration that would affect the email's priority. It shouldn't be difficult for an ABAPer to check the program assigned to the output and find if by any chance it sets the priority somewhere. I didn't see anything like that in RSNASTSO, but I didn't spend much time on it and am not sure if it's the same program as assigned in your configuration.
This might as well be a setting in the mail client actually. I'd check with Basis too.
