Multiple email in Business Partner

Gurus,

Is it possible to insert more than one mail in one BP?
Our goal is to send mail notification to more than one person when incident is created (configured based on sap component).

Hi Lori

You can create a bp group and assign all the individual bp's to the group. Another way is to get your mail admin to create a group on your email system eg.exchange. Then you create a bp and use the exchange distrubuiton list email address for the bp. Let me know if you need more info.

and how do you assign individual bp to the group?

1.go to transaction BP

2.Choose the BP group that you created and go into it

3.Click on the Relationships button or Shift+F1

4.Choose Relationship Cat as Has contact Person

5.Choose the individual BP in the Relationship to BP

6.Click Create

7.Save

Hi,

We can't assign the group to organizational unit in support team determination, so there's no mail generated when ticket's issued in solution manager.

Workaround?
