Problem with locked records after SAP server breakdown!

Hello,

Yesterday we had situation where there was SAP server breakdown, and many users which at that time was updating some record it was lost or locked record.. Now, everything works again but problem is with records which was edited at momment of breakdown. SAP show message like "Record is currently edited by user SAM" and I am not sure how to unlock that record and which transaction to use to solve this?

Any help is appreciated and many thanks in advance!

You can manage lock entries with SM12

When I open SM12 and then click on List button, I don't see any records, not sure why??

Thank you for prompt reply, I really appreciate it.

I am not sure why I don't see anything in SM12 because there are many lock entires since yesterday.
How can I solve this?

You will not see lock entries in SM12 as you restart sap system. Try to repeat you actions and check if problem still exists. If yes please post details about what you do
