SRM 7.0 and PI integration

Does SRM 7.0 extended classic continue to use an RFC to BBP_PO_INBOUND or is there a new PI map that needs to be maintained?  Basically do I need to use PI in an extended classic or classic scenario for the creation of POs or PRs going from SRM to ECC.

Hello,

PI is not mandatory. You can still use RFC to transfer PRs to SRM and POs to ECC.

You can configure in BBP_BACKEND_DEST the ERP type as ERP_3.0. If you set it as ERP_4.0 or ERP_5.0, SRM will try to transfer the documents via XML.
