Hi All,

Hope you are ok. I have two questions for you so I hope you will be able to help me 🙂

I was wondering if I could see orders which are on credit hold, blocked in VA05? Can I also see backorder in VA05?

The second question is, can I create a proforma invoice in SAP from different orders and/or from different lines from different sales orders?

Hello Ant,

Would you not like to do the testing for the above 2 questions yourself in your Development / Quality system? Your are SAP Standard queries & the results will be same in everyone's SAP system.

Yes you will be able to create a proforma from different orders/lines.

I would suggest you do one quick test in SAP test system

In VA01, create a sales order with 2 line items.

In VF01, give billing type F5, give your sales order number; before saving try to delete one line item.

Is it working?

If it does then probably it can work in other transactions too.

Thanks for the feedback! I have created 2 different orders in my QA environement in VA01. I then went to VF01 to create a proforma. I have selected 1 line from order 1 and 1 line from order 2 then I click on execute and then save but when I check the proforma I only get the line from order 1 only

I must be clicking on the wrong buttons 😞
