Hi All,

Need ur help in fixing the issue with Shopping cart report which give me the time out error. This is happening only for few users.

Is there any config related to user which is failing to retrieve the data.

In ST22 it is showing as Time out error.

One more issue:

for one user when he is logging in to the portal and then if he clicks any option then it is asking to the SRM system apart from portal with message as SSO '(Single Sign on is not possible)

Please give your ideas to fix the above issues.

Hi Jagad,

Could you please provide details on which Shopping cart report you are using along with ST22 dump screen.

Regarding your 2nd issue user getting SSO Login page from Portal have multiple issues;

- User password is not de-activated in SRM backend system.

- User is locked out in back-end system with multiple incorrect logon but active on Portal

Please verify above two things for the user.

I think you have to optimize on selection criteria. We did this with customization of report in a Z program.

Can you explain :

1. What are the selection criterias users are entering? any example where dump is appearing..

2. Are you runnuing the report in background/foreground?

3. What is input in Max hit criteria?

Hi,

All the problem you have given is related to SAP BASIS &SAP Portal.

Please ask you Basis team to change the time out error to 300 seconds (5 min)

Please ask the Portal team to configure the Single sign on config in portal(material is available in Google search for single sign on)
