CUP Portal Field Mapping issue

Hi Guys,

Currently we are using CUP 5.3(patch 13) & its connected ECC & Portal systems. Recently we have upgraded our portal(NWS 7.0) system from patch SP09 to SP10. After upgrade portal roles provisioning got stopped & when we try to fetch the field values from field mapping option no values found in the drop down list for Portal systems. I have tried all possible solutions but no luck.

Please let me knonw if anyone have a fix for the above issue.

Kindly check the following note for portal field mapping:

1478400: Unable to create field mapping for a Portal connector

Hi Smriti,

Portal connectors are configured as per the note 1478400 & same connectors are working if I cannect with the non upgraded portal system(SP09).
