Internal plant audit

My client does internal audit for thier own system periodically

Requirements are

1 As per the pre defined plan, audit should trigger automatically

2 Once it is triggerred auditor assigns participants and releases audit

3 After audit, notification should trigger for non-conformance

Can anyone explain how these scenarios can be mapped in SAP

I recommend you review the calibration process.

-Functional location = Audit object (ex. shop floor)

-Maintenance plan = Audit plan (ex. every 6 months)

-Inspection plan = Check list

-Inspection lot = Check result of audit

-Notification = If any nonconformity

Hi Thanks for your input, can we use audit management in place of inspection lot.
