SP5: Dump: CX_WD_CONTROLLER_NOTEXIST

Dear all,

can somebody help me? After installation of SP I get the following short dumps when I try to open

the workcenter "SAP Engagement and Service Delivery":

Category	ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors	UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
Except.	CX_WD_CONTROLLER_NOTEXIST

Web Dynpro Component   AGS_WORK_SERVICES_ENGAGE

ABAP Program

Application Component  SV-SMG-SVD

Date and Time

Error analysis

    An exception occurred which is explained in detail below.

    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_WD_CONTROLLER_NOTEXIST', was not

     caught and

    therefore caused a runtime error.

    The reason for the exception is:

    Controller VW_360_REVIEW Does Not Exist

thanks for the information. But both notes were outdated for my release. Do you have another idea?

Hi Joern

Have patched your system to SP05 from older SP level, as you have mentioned:

"After installation of SP I get the following short dumps".

If yes, then have to performed solman_setup steps again.

These notes correspond you the error described by you. But these where in earlier releases but you can still check if it helps:

Note 1611200 - Service Delivery SP26~SP02: dump while maintaining old cycle

Note 1604370 - Service Delivery SP02: dump after pushing 'change' button

Mainly this, as this related to SP05 as well:

Note 1685463 - Cycle: Missing authority check for cycle creation button
