I need to know change history details for quality certificate
assignment.
Ex:We are maintaining quality certificate assignment in QC15 and able
to display in QC17. There could be lot of changes in material group
assignment to customer and plant.So I want to know what are changes
made in quality certificate assignment.

If I'm not wrong then in QC16 you can not change Customer/Material/Material Group already maintained for a particular Cert Profile. You either can only change Cert Profile or Cert Type.
Whereas you say you're changing Custoer/Material/Material Group entry that means you're adding a new entry... not changing the existing one.
But give a try to Tcode-AUT10 if you get any change documents for QC15/16/17.
Tcode-AUT10 can be used to look for change documents for any transaction in SAP.
Check & revert.
