Hello,

The jobs are not part of the client copy.

Some jobs are said "client depedent" because they have to be scheduled in each client.

Meaning, they will deal with the data from the client in which they are scheduled.

But the "job object" itself is not client dependent.

So after you run the client copy you'll have to schedule these "client dependent" jobs  in the newly created client.

For example RDDIMPDP is a job that should be scheduled in each client .

After a client copy to a new client, 300 for example, you'll have to schedule this job in this new target client. In the case of RDDIMPDP, this is done by running rddnewpp in client 000.

This report will then schedule an RDDIMPDP job for each existing client.

Best regards,

Steve.

The answer would then be :

The backgrounds jobs won't be copied in a client copy.

You can have a look at this document to know some more about client copy :

Steve.

Back ground jobs will not get copied. As the Background jobs are cross client.
