Attach one pdf document to different document types.

Hi,

My client requirement is to attach one whole pdf document is attached to one document number with different document parts at a time?

Is it possible to do so. Please help me on how to do configure for that issue?

Hello bhanu,

It is possible if you are using Archivelink. You can attach related document using GOS(global object services) of the SAP object. Hence, you can attach several documents with multiple pages and see in the attachment list of GOS.

Unfortunately, it is not possible!!

A workaround that i would propose is that you use the template option in CV01n for creating the same DIR with different part numbers. This will ensure that the original is copied for every new part that you intend to create.
