SAP POS and CEFT versions

I have a question regarding SAP Point-of-Sale and SAP Centralized EFT.

At this link:

There are several versions of SAP POS listed and they appear to be separate from but associated with several versions of SAP Centralized EFT (previously known as Transnet).

For example:

SAP POS 2.0 appears to be associated with SAP CEFT 1.7. 

SAP POS 2.1 appears to be associated with SAP CEFT 1.8.

One could presume that to use SAP CEFT 1.7, one must be using SAP POS 2.0 and yet I cannot find it documented this way.  Does anyone know?  Perhaps I am simply over-looking this somewhere.

Thanks for any clarification you can give.

Generally the SAP POS applications work in suites starting at 1.0 moving to 2.3 (in Rampup). See below for a quick blurb about which belong to what.

Suite 1.0

Transactionware GM 9.5.0

SAP CEFT 1.6

SAP Returns Authorization 2.5

SAP Stored Value Program 1.0

Suite 2.0

Transactionware GM 10.0.0

SAP CEFT 1.7

SAP Returns Authorization 2.5

SAP Stored Value Program 1.0

Suite 2.1

Transactionware GM 10.1

Central Electronic Funds Transfer 1.8

SAP Returns Authorization 2.6

SAP Stored Value Program 1.0

Suite 2.2

Transactionware GM 10.1

Central Electronic Funds Transfer 1.9 JSE 6.0

SAP Returns Authorization 2.6 JSE 6.0

SAP Stored Value Program 1.0

 

Suite 2.3 (RAMP UP)

SAP Transactionware GM 10.3

SAP POS Store Data Transfer for Retail 1.10 (formerly EFT)
