Application Incident Management - Action Definitions and Start Conditions only occurring onces

I have set up a few different Action Definitions and then set up Start Conditions for those actions.  For Instance, I want an email to be sent out when the message is saved at a certain status.  Now the action and start conditions work, however, they only occur once per document.  For example, if I have an action and condition set up for when the message is saved in a "Forwarded" status it will send the email once saved as "Forwarded," but if a the message needs to be forwarded a second time then the action does not execute again.  In the Action Definition under "Action Merging" I have it set to "Max. 1 Action for Each Action Definition."  Could this be causing the problem?

Hi,

yes, this is the reason. You configured the action in such a way that it will only be executed once. You can change it to Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition.
