Error to retrieve the process from Message Server in Managed systems->Configure automatically

Dear colleagues,

I receive the following error message when try to execute Configure automatically wizard in Managed systems (Solution Manager 7.1 SP4)

"Action failed : An error occured while communicating with Message Server vecustinst027.wdf.sap.corp:3900 through the instance vecustinst028/CL1/00 (vecustinst028.wdf.sap.corp) : Error to retrieve the process from Message Server (detail: java.net.UnknownHostException: vecustinst027.wdf.sap.corp); nested exception is:
java.net.UnknownHostException: vecustinst027.wdf.sap.corp(cause=java.net.UnknownHostException vecustinst027.wdf.sap.corp). Therefore the preliminary look-up of the Managed Java Message Server information (vecustinst027.wdf.sap.corp:3900) via the Agent is not possible."

I am trying to configure to monitor Java only stack distributed system

DB instance and one java instance (ins number 0) are installed on vecustinst028

Central instance and java instance (ins number 1) are installed on vecustinst027

Hello Magdalena

Can you please check if the parameters entered in Step 4 and Step 5 are correct:

Step 4:

Please perform Test logon and check.

Step 5: Landscape Parameters:

Please Tick the check box "Check the existence of paths when saving",

while entering the Path.
