SAP Router SNC processing failed:SncSessionInitiatorAK

I´ve renewed the SAP Router SNC Certificate and after renewing this I got the following error in SM59:

ERROR: SNC processing failed:SncSessionInitiatorAK

Nothing was changed and before update the certificate all was ok.

Should I initiate the certificate with an command?

Check if Note 1178684 - No service connection:"SNC processing failed" is useful.

I found out that there comes a message with "The PSE does not exist"

But the PSE file is inside the folder.

There is a message inside dev_rout:

DlLoadFunc: dlsym(sapsnc_init_adapter)= /usr/sap/libsapcrypto.co: undefined symbol: sapsnc_init_adapter -> DLENOACCESS

I use the newest sapcryptolib
