SNC for CUP users

Hi,

We have an issue..wherein when we populate the SNC field (manually) while creating a new user via CUP, the same does not reflect in the backend SAP system.

We have to again manually maintain the SNC setting in SU01..

We're on GRC 5.3..

Please advise...

Hi Saba,

Kindly check the below note for details on SNC parameters maintenance:

1177556: Compliant User Provisioning 5.3 SNC Parameters maintenance.

If the above note does not resolve the issue, can you please try creating the request from "Request Access" link as any end user will do and check if the field is getting provisioned in backend or not.

Thank you..I'll definitely try this..

The Request Access option does not have the SNC tab..

SNC tab is only available when we submit a request under My Work..
