We have to give license type to each user for running system measurment. I have confusion about SAP Application Professional
and SAP Application Limited Professional User.
As per SAP User classification
SAP Application Professional :
An SAP Application Limited Professional User is a Named User authorized to perform limited operational roles supported
by the licensed Software and also includes the rights granted under the SAP Application Business Information User.
SAP Application Limited Professional User :
Normally from viewing reports, releasing purchase order, purchase requisitions, process order confirmation etc.
Suppose I have following user types :
[1]. users who are doing transactions create, change. such as creating Purchase Order, PR, MIGO, Process order creation and release etc (any module), viewing reports etc.
[2]. Users who are only release Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Reports, Viewing any types of reports of any modules,
Process Order Confirmation etc. This users may change the document such as PR, PO or Sales Order etc.
Can I assign user type [1] as SAP Application Professional
Can I assign user type [2] as SAP Application Limited Professional User
