I feel PM is common across different business & industries. Whatever may be the business, if they have equipments which require some maintenance, they can go PM module.
Whether it is Manufacturing, Engineering, Process Industries, Transportation & Logistics, Project based industries and even for IT industries, PM processes are common. It may have different integrated modules.
