Migration 7.3 - regenerate ABAP Proxy?

Hi all,

we are migrating from PI 7.11 to PI 7.30 (double stack). PI 7.30 is installed separatly with its own SLD. So we "move" all scenarios (Design and Configuration Objects) from old to new system.

We have many existing ABAP Proxies. For those we switch to new SLD plus reference to new PI 7.30 central Integration engine during migration.

But now we saw, that on backend systems the service interfaces are available but with status "No proxy exists for this object".

Do we really have to generate each proxy again?

I've got an answer from another teammember that it has not to be regenerated normally.

Our problem was: the service interface was renamed just before migration started - so of course we have to generate this proxy initial......

The system will regenerate the Simple Transformations in the background, so your first call of the proxies might take a little longer. The proxy objects themselves should not be affected.
