Carryforward of Residual Budget to next year in Partial Amounts or %

Hi,

Is there any functionality that when we are carryforwarding Residual Budget to Next year either in Partials or on % basis.

E.g. Budget Address : Fund Center (F1) and Commitment Item (C1)         Consumable Amount - Rs.100000

                                                                             Consumed Amunt     - Rs. 40000

                                                                              Residual Budget      - Rs.60000

Is Residual Budget Rs.60000 can be carryforward

A) Rs.10000, Rs.20000, Rs.30000 (or)

B) 25%, 50%, 25%                          as and when required.

Hi,

It's possible via percentage; you have a field 'PERCENTAGE' in derivation strategy for carry-over (reassignment).

Hi Eli,

We are using Derivation Strategy to carry forward residual budget with Percentage Field.

We would like to know will it be any impact on Integration with other Modules.

We are using other Derivation strategies to derive certain Target fields also. But if we define Carry-forward of residual budget based on FM Closing Operations, would like to check if any impact on Year End Operations.
