Could not access SAP help library

Dear all,

When I access SAP library, the SAP Library windows could be displayed , but the detail  information could not be displayed.

It displayed the error information as below:

Action canceled

Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following: Click the Refresh button, Work Offline.For information about offline browsing with Internet Explorer, click the Help menu, and then click Contents and

And the SAPDOCCD.LOG as below:

Hi,

Looks may your sr13 is not configured, that is the reason my its looking for "sapdoccd.ini", please chek to the note 857216.
