Unable to Import Business system from Integration Builder

I am getting error when trying to  import Business system from integration Directory.

"Access to object list of type "BusinessSystem" using the InternalEOAService BusinessSystemAccessor failed

See error logs for detail "

Can you check the sap note 1334053 ?

We are using PI 7.31 and the OSS note 1334053 does not support PI 7.31
