Error in Dashboard XLS 000009

Hi,

When i try to add a query of universy in dashboard, i have the error message at the step of preview query result

Message: Request Processing Failed (XLS 000009)

<java.lang.RuntimeException: SECURITY_REFRESH_RIGHT&gt

How can i resolve this issue?

We upgraded to SP04 and patch1, this resolved the issue

What did you upgrade? Dashboard design or BOE? Both? Where can we get the patch?

Hi,

Patches are found at www.service.sap.com/swdc

then either  Upgrade   or   Install 

Entry by component :    Analytics  ->  Business Intelligence Platform  ->   platform xx ->    etc

Up to Patch4.10 is available on SP04 platform now.

Sorry, i had another question. I see patch 4.10. Are these patches cumulative? Or, do i need to install patches 1 -10?

they are Cumulative, so you can go SP04 -> Patch4.10 in 1 step.

Yes, it's recommend to patch everything in line accordingly, but you can evaluate a standalone Dashboard client local issues.   However, query panel steps will use server components.
