Hello,
in order to use SOLMAN service desk function for SAP and non-sap tickets we need
service ticket creation from external mail.
With SOLMAN 7.1 SP5 SAP has delivered a new UI Role "SOLMANDSPTCH".
The function needs to be activated by SAP according to note 1709459.
Unfortunately this note is currently not available in the SMP.
Does anybody know's how to switch on this function?

Hi Reinhard,
This function is not available for general use. You should contact SAP if
you are interested in piloting it. SAP will then release this Note for
you to pilot. When you apply the Note, the ERMS Inbox function will be
enabled for you to test.
Please open a ticket under the component of the note SV-SMG-SUP.
