BOM components not reflected against planned orders

hi,

the problems we are facing are as below and there is no consistency in these problems...

1. Critical components are not reflected in SNP PPM for some FG level products

2. Components are not reflected in planned orders.

Note: FG level product planning done in APO. MRP type in R/3 is XO. We have checked the master data and there is no error in the same.

Dear,

Please check component is assigned to the correct operation (relevant for scheduling in APO)  in master recipe / routing. Also check MRP type of the component and recif the same use RIMODINI and check the PPM in APO.
