Messages are hold state in RWB message monitoring

Hi Experts,

        In Production some messages are are hold state in RWB -> message monitoring -> AE. one interface messages got scedule hold state in RWB. i have done cancel system error messages in RWB and resend the hold messages but the hold messages are not flowing. interface is SOAP to RFC asynchronous scenario. the scenario fuctioning every 15 mins production only few messages are got hold state rest of the messages are flowing sucessfully. could you please help on this. how to send the hold state messages.
