Inactive condition with reason Y - Inactive because of subsequent price

Hello experts. I have a pricing condition (ICMI, Brazillian localization) that is inactive in a sales order with the code Y - Inactive because of subssequent price. This condition is not in any exclusion groups, it is class B - Price but there are no other class B conditions after it. Can anyone explain to me what else can cause it to become inactive with this reason? And hopefully, how to fix it...

Were you able to see the value for all the condition types flowing in sale order with green icon on left tab ?
