Wrong ChaRM transaction type being used

Hi,

I am working on ChaRM on SM 7.1 SP3.

I have created ZMCR as copy of SMCR. Then I mentioned ZMCR for CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW in DNO_CUST04. I was getting page of ZMCR when I create Request for Change. Now, I need to use SMCR and not ZMCR. For this reason, I wen and changed in DNO_CUST04. But still I get page of ZMCR when I create Request for Change and not SMCR.

Is there any place else where I need to change or look into? Kindly assist.

Hi Hrishikesh,

Pls check the channel of SMCR. It should be the below value.

Were you able to solve it? I am facing similar issue. I still see SMCR and ZMCR transaction type when creating change request.I maintained dno_cust04, but I dont see any effect, still both transaction types are available .

Hi,

DNO_CUST04 is the only transaction where you can change the transaction type assignment, may be try saving the changes in the different transport request and then try again.
