MM_Form_J1IUN po issue

Dear Experts;

     While configuring Forms in SAP ( like form c, form e) we have some problem. we have configured in following steps:

1. Define Form Type (Logistics-gen>Tax on GM>india>master data

2. T-code: J1IUN

    here we want give po and provide details.

the problem is that for some Po's only it is working. once we check F4, then also it is showing only few PO numbers.

But in EKKO table , we have many Po's.

Why J1IUN's po creation is not accepting all po for creating Form details (for table J_1IFRDTPO)

Check the F4 settings as shown in below screen shot,

Here in the 'F4 Help' tab check the value entered for 'Max number of hits to be displayed', make it 9999 and check again in J1IUN.
