Inbounde delivery w.r.t Handling Unit

Hello Guru's,

I am new to Handling Unit management.

My question is i am not able to pack the material in HU at the time of creation inbound delibvery for material.

Error is " Items that are not relevant for goods movemet cannot be packed" can nayone pls suggest me how to do this.

Am i missing any config.

Observation - I am able to pack the material at the time of outbound delivery.

Dont worry...Welcome to the HU management..

Have you mainatained packing instructions for the material POP1 and POF1 for packing determination ?.If not maintained then maintain the records.

If already maintained then check packing material type is assigned to the material master basic view data screen.

Check above materdata steps and also check number ranges maintained or not in SPRO>
