Item Id missing in the FireFighter Log Review workflow item

The workflow item sent to controller inbox contains the details for FF session, like field content before and after change.

It does not contain the Item Id (example Item ID: material number, key field for MM02 transaction).

The Item Id is present in the consolidated log report.

The issue is that the controller is not geting the info on Item Id in the FireFighter Log Review workflow item.

How to make Item Id appearing in the workflow item?

Hello Smriti,

The post you mentioned was about Consolidated Log Report.

It was answered.

Item Id exists in Consolidated Log Report.

This post is about the same Item Id missing in the workflow item being send to Controller on FireFighter Log Review workflow.

The Controllers can not see Consolidated Log Report normally, they should have the Item Id sent with workflow item.
