Contract document type

We are having SRM 7.01

while creating contract system is not asking for Contract Document type like CCTR,GCTR etc

it directly creating CCTR type of contract, how to restore it??

Even for accepted RFx responce if we create contract as follow on document Pop up coming with blank entries for contract documents?

Please advice.

Hi,

Can you check if you have assigned list of contract document type in Org Structure assignemnt?

Look for attribute CT_PROC_TY.

i have maintained attribute, now transaction types coming while contract creation.

But for follow on document of RFx is Contract , not all transaction types are coming in pop up

Hello Nikhil,

This depends on the Hierarchy template assignment.

Check the Hierarchy template assigned to RFX doc type( it will have either HIER_SRM or HIER_SE).

Only the contract types assigned to similar hierarchy template are shown.

You can check it at:

SRM Server-> Cross Application BS->Service procurement->Activate Service proc.

Hi Nikhil,

In the SPRO, define transaction type configuration check the Inactive status for transaction type Contract . If any of the transaction types are inactive it wont appear in the popup.
