Hello,
in NW 7.3 I'm able to maintain the certificates and ssl infrastructure with the help of the nwa, but how can I maintain the pse of the message server (SCS)?
Thanks
Patrick
Maintain PSE in NWA and copy it to sec folder of SCS is the workaround. Be careful about the changes in the profiles done by the ssl wizard of the NWA.

we establish a connection between a standalone sap web dispatcher to an enterprise portal and a nw ce system. the first connection between the wd and the ep or ce is managed about the ms https port. this certificate has to be valid for the management connection. the second step ist the validation of the instance ssl certificate in case of a user visit.
Now my first question again, which is the best way to maintain the scs pse. with the help of the nwa you are only able to maintain the instance pse.
Hi,
since 7.1CE you need to use .cert files, please follow this guide:
if still the pse file is needed follow this note: 722072

Hi Paddy,
Hope you are doing good.
