Contact Person Detail error

Hi,

we are configuring the contact person details page (should be standard Starter Services).

The contact list is being generated, but the contact details page throws an error:

In /IWFND/error_log we receive the following error message:

Backend Operation Proxy (BOP) with ID '/IWCNT/CL_BOPRR_CONT_ID' does not exist

I do not think that we have to generate these BOP by ourselves (looks more that it should have been generated by SAP standard).

Any ideas, how these are generated, are highly appreciated.

Hi Phillipp,

From the screenshot I see that you are using System Alias RS0_900. Can you please clarify which Software Version you have assigned to this alias? You can find this information in the IMG step "Manage SAP System Aliases".

Depending on the Software Version the Contact information will be retrieved via one of the following:

- ECC_604: RFCs and Web Services are used to retrieve the Contact information. Here you will also have the chance to EDIT contact information.

- DEFAULT: This will only use RFCs and EDIT will not be available.

If you are using ECC_604 then please also verify that you have done the configuration to access the ECC system via web service from Gateway.

thanks, but we could solve the problem. It was a mixture of the software version and redeploying the packages.
