Context Sensitive help not working

Hi

We hav configured our ECC 6 system to use context sensitive help and publish the relevant docs tothe Uperform Website.

All the docs have been linked to transactions and published successfully.

Transaction ME21N example:

The url being generated is:

http://server.com/gm/PerformSearch?MH=200&refresh=true&P6=ME21N&source=HLP&F6=transaction_code&forma...

This then just displays the standard Uperform Search Results page.

We are using Uperform 4.40

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

normally this happens when no document is found for the related t-code.

need to check if the related document really exists on the server.

If true, then it should be a search issue.

try to restart the related services in the steps replied in SAP messages.

We have this exact same issue with uperform search not working on some transactions.  All new uPerform documents are working fine (so far) except ME21N, ME23N and ME53N.

Open the "collab.props" file with notepad. The file located in RWDuPerform Directory>\Collaboration\

· If the line 'gi.indexingPaused=true' exists, change the value to false.

· Save and close the file. ….

restart the uperform services afterwards and do search again.
