Error during deploy

Hello everybody,

i'm working with NWSD 7.3.

I created my VC application and deployed in Portal server.

everything worked fine until 2 hous ago.

Now, when i try to deploy, i have following error:

ConnectionException,cause=[ERROR CODE DPL.DCAPI.1144] Could not establish connection to AS Java on [portaldev:50004]. Exception while trying to get InitialContext.. Check if the host and port specified are correct and AS Java is up and running.

I tried to install again the NWDS but without result.

The portal server is up and function correctly.

I tried to use TELNET between my PC and server and port is open.

what can i check?

Might be portal was down at that time, did u recheck it later, are u still getting the same error

seems someone removed Every User role from Develop user.

Now deploy restart to work
