Hi,

We are using GRC 10 SP08.

We are configuring Emergency Access and we have issue at Emergency Access Maintenance OwnersAssignOwner IDGiven Owner ID and trying to add Firefighter ID.

Here we are not getting FF ID when we search by giving system name and by giving ID.Its is giving error like No records found for the search criteria entered even FF ID exist in system.

We have done the user sync and maintained parameter ID-4010 with Firefighter ID role name.

Please check and advice in this.

Thanks & Regards,

Koteswara Rao.

Hi Koteswara,

Kindly check that you have configured the Firefighter id  as mentioned in the SAP note-1668255.

Please check that the role which is assigned to the Firefighter id exists in the GRC box and the

Plug -in system

It is essential for this role to exists in the GRC box beacuse the same is mentioned in the PARAMID 4010 in the GRC box.

Please run the repository sync job and then re-check the sceneio.

Also check that you have assigned the S_RFC with Acitivity and other field values to be needed to the

Firefighter role.

Hope this helps.

Hi Koteswara,

1 Kindly check that you have configured the parameters id 1000 and 1001 in the plug-in system.

2. Activated Integration Scenarios for AUTH, PROV, ROLMG and SUPMG in

GRC as per the nore-1562760

3. Assign FF role to FF id in remote system and executed repositiory sync job.

Best Regards,

Nandita

Hello Koteswara,

As you are on SP08, there has been changes related to Authorizations in EAM. Apart from the recommendations given by Nandita, kindly check the Owner's authorization.

You have to add GRAC_FFOWN auth object in Owner role.In GRAC_OWN the user should have create authorization for the connector for which FFID needs to be created. For more details kindly refer to the attachment in Note:1658244.

One more thing the FFID role need not be present on GRC box. For 4010 parameter it only takes a

reference. The role needs to be created on plugin system and assigned to FFID. After that we need to do repository sync ( atleast User sync and Role sync). Then if the owner has authorization on basis of connector then the FFIDs will be visible.

Thanks & Regards,
