Hi, gurus.
The idea is - I want end users to use reply and confirm button only when the incident has status Customer Action or Proposed Solution. In other status these buttons should be inactive.
How I can do this?

You can configure this by Solution manager service desk security.
Please check the Authorization object SLFN0001.
You can role SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS.here you can restrict end user activty based on authorization code.
