LSMW for Populating Table T346L and Table T321

Hi Experts

I would like to ask if it is possible to create an LSMW to populate T346L and T321. there is no transaction code so I dont know if I can do a recording for these.

Please help, I need to populate thousands of records for these tables

You can use LRFMD transaction to load users or you can use table LRF_WKQU.
