How to Reversal excise duty paid

HI Gurus,

            I created the excise invoice through J1IIN. But i want to reverse that finished goods as customer returns the goods due to bad quality. Please how to process returns in excise scenario. Please help me in explaining step by step process as i am new to SAP CIN.
