Not able to open some links

Hi Support Team,

Firstly, I would like to apologize for placing this question at a wrong place, which was deleted by Mr. Jason Lax.

I am not able to open these links with my OSS account:

Dear Ashmeel,

The links were reinserted. Please make sure that you have access to the SAP Service Marketplace  https://service.sap.com/ Then you should also have access to the assets there.


https://service.sap.com/    -->Contact your SAP Support Center or Contracts Department- is the right link to post problems with the connection to the SAP Service Marketplace. There is a  brochure "Getting the Most from Your Support" giving you first guidance.

Dear Ashmeel,

I still think that this is a cache problem. The links on the page are now the same than the one I provided in my last reaponse (which worked!) Please try another browser. This might solve the issue.
