Channel has internal error

Hello every one

i am gettin the following errow in communication channer monitoring, i found solution in scn.

the solution is to do full CPA cashe refresh. but the problem is when i am trying to do the CPA cache refres it is asking for USER NAME and Password.

can any one please tell me what user name should i use for this.

Hi ,

You can use PIDIRUSER. As your PI Admin for password.

thanks for your quick help, can you also please tell me how to stop and then start all channels from RWB.

Hi,

Go to SXMB_IFR->RWB->Component Monitoring->Communication Channel Monitoring -> In the next page provide user and password -> Next page put * for all CC. And you can stop the communication channel and same way you can start.

and adding to what Aashish suggested, use option "Multiple selection on" and then collectively start and stop your channels.
