BUDG status reset problem

Hi All,

Good morning.

I created one project and done budgeting (CJ30) for this project. then i transferred some amount of budget(CJ34) from 1 WBS to 2 WBS in same project.

Now i want to delete this project, for this action we should reset the BUDG status of Project. So i transferred the same amount from WBS 2 to WBS1 in CJ34 , and in CJ30 i delete the all budget and saved it.  Now when I am running the T code OPSX for that project BUDG status is not being reset.

Please help.

Dear sonal....,

Please follow the following steps(post making the budget balances zero)-

a) Deactivate availability control using TCode-CJBW.

b) Reconstruct Project Info d/b using TCode-CJBN.

c) Reset the BUDG status using TCode- OPSX.

Please confirm if it worked or not.

My dear friend it need some correction.

CJEN- Reconstruct Project info database.

CJBN- Reconstruct availability control for projects.

Hi Sonal,

You can put deletion flag on project.

For deletion flag follow- Edit->Status->deletion flag->set.

Deletion of project is not preferred. Put deletion flag instead.
